This page explains which personal data we collect through the contact form and analytics, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and how you can request access, correction or deletion under the GDPR.

This policy explains which personal data we process when you use vizibot.hr, why, for how long, and what your rights are under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

2. What we process and why
Contact form and e-mail
When you send an enquiry we process your name, e-mail address, phone number (optional), the selected service, your message, the page language, and the IP address and time of sending. We use this data only to answer your enquiry and, if you wish, to prepare a quote. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract and your consent given in the form (Art. 6(1)(b) and (a) GDPR). The IP address is used to protect the form against abuse (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).
AI assistant (chatbot)
Messages you type into the chatbot are sent to an external AI model provider to generate a reply. We do not store conversations in our own database. To prevent abuse, a hash of your IP address and the number of messages are kept temporarily, for at most one hour. Please do not enter sensitive personal data. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Cookies and analytics
We use essential browser storage (localStorage) to remember your cookie choice and display settings. Analytics and marketing cookies (Google Analytics and Google Ads via Google Tag Manager) are only set if you accept them in the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a)). Until then, Google Consent Mode is set to “denied”. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.
Maps and server logs
The Google map on the contact page loads only after you click it. Our hosting provider automatically logs technical access data (IP address, time, requested URL, browser type) for security purposes (Art. 6(1)(f)).
3. Recipients and transfers
We do not sell your data. We use the following processors: our hosting provider, Zoho (EU data centre) for e-mail, an AI model provider for the chatbot, and Google Ireland Limited for Tag Manager, Analytics, Ads and Maps. Where data is processed in the USA, the transfer relies on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
4. Retention
Enquiries and e-mail correspondence are kept for up to 24 months after the last contact if no cooperation follows. Client data is kept for the duration of the cooperation, and invoices for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Rate-limiting data is deleted automatically within one hour. Analytics data is kept for at most 14 months.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of processing and data portability, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to info@vizibot.hr; we reply within one month. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, azop.hr, or with the supervisory authority in your country.
